At Cepokedash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hobby boxes and trading cards. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unused & Sealed: The item must be in the same condition that you received it. For hobby boxes and packs, this means the original factory shrink-wrap or seal must be intact and unbroken.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@cepokedash.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label.
Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Return Shipping: We provide a Free Return Shipping Label for all eligible returns. There is no cost to the customer for return shipping.
Restocking Fees: We charge $0 restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the price of the item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@cepokedash.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
