Yes. All hobby boxes and packs sold by Cepokedash are 100% factory-sealed and sourced directly from reputable distributors. We have a zero-tolerance policy for tampered or “searched” products.
All products are sold in “New” condition. While we ensure the factory seal is intact, minor shelf wear on the outer acrylic or cardboard may occur during transit from the distributor.
We have a handling time of 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard transit takes 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.
No. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and market volatility, we cannot accept returns on any item once the factory seal or shrink-wrap has been broken.
If the outer hobby box is significantly damaged during transit, please contact us at support@cepokedash.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
