We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your items arrive safely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Since we ship from our location at 370 Winton Ave, Hayward, CA 94544, we are able to ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
You can track your package via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
If your hobby box arrives damaged or your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us immediately at support@cepokedash.shop so we can assist you.
