1. Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
To ensure clear delivery expectations, please refer to our timeline:
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (EST) – Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 Business Days.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your items arrive safely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Since we ship from our location at 370 Winton Ave, Hayward, CA 94544, we are able to ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your package via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your hobby box arrives damaged or your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us immediately at support@cepokedash.shop so we can assist you.
